Terms
Last updated 5 September 2026
The short version. You see your portrait free before you pay anything. If you buy it and it came out wrong, we try again free. If it is still wrong after that, you get your money back.
What we cannot do is refund a portrait that came out as promised and you simply changed your mind about — the work is already made by then, and you saw it first.
These terms are between you and TYGP Technologies, LLC, trading as Pet Plus Us. Using the site means you accept them. Questions go to hello@pet-plus-us.com.
What we make
You choose one or more looks, upload photographs, and we use an AI model to produce portraits of you and your animals in those compositions. You see a free, watermarked preview before you are asked for any money.
These are illustrations, not photographs. The model builds a new image from your pictures. It will look like you, and it should be recognisably you, but it is not a photograph of a moment that happened and it will not be identical to your reference photos.
Prices
The first portrait is $19. Every portrait after that is $10, so three is $39 and six is $69. Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. If we offer you an extra portrait at a reduced price at checkout, that price applies once, to that order.
What you need to be true
- You are 18 or older.
- The photographs are yours to upload.
- Anyone else in them has agreed to be there.
- You are not uploading photographs of children.
- You are not uploading anything illegal, or anything designed to impersonate someone.
We screen uploads automatically and we refuse ones that fail. If you break this section we may cancel the order and refuse service, and we will refund anything you paid for work we have not done.
Who owns the portrait
You keep every right you had in the photographs you uploaded. We claim nothing over them.
Once you have paid, the portraits are yours to use however you like — print them, hang them, post them, put them on a mug. We do not need credit and we will not publish your portrait or use it to advertise the service unless you tell us in writing that we may.
Refunds
First, we try again
Most portraits that disappoint can be fixed by running them again. Every paid order includes 2 free re-rolls, and the button is on your delivery page. A re-roll makes the same compositions again from the same photographs, and the result is usually different enough to be worth it.
Please use these before asking for a refund. It is faster than we are, and it is what fixes the problem most of the time.
Then, if it is genuinely wrong, we refund
If you have used a re-roll and the portrait is still clearly wrong, email us within 14 days of delivery and we will refund it in full. By clearly wrong we mean things like:
- It does not look like the person or the animal in the photographs you sent.
- Somebody you uploaded is missing from the picture.
- The anatomy is visibly broken — extra limbs, melted hands, an impossible face.
- The file is corrupt, or the composition is not the one you chose.
- You were charged for more portraits than you received.
Send us the portrait and say what is wrong with it. We do not need a long explanation.
What we cannot refund
A portrait that came out as described, where you have changed your mind. You saw a free preview of exactly this before you paid, and the work is made and delivered the moment you do. That is the trade for not asking you for a card up front.
Nor can we refund because:
- The photographs you uploaded were too small, dark or blurry, after we warned you.
- You prefer a different look to the one you picked.
- You bought more portraits than you meant to and they have all been made.
If you are somewhere with a legal right to cancel that is stronger than this section, that right wins and nothing here takes it away. If you genuinely think we have been unfair, write to us and a person will read it.
Things that go wrong
If a render fails, we retry it automatically and you are not charged twice. If we cannot produce your order at all, we refund it in full without being asked.
The service is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, and we are not liable for anything beyond refunding what you paid us for the order in question. Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
Your order link
Your order lives at a private link. Anyone who has that link can see the order and download the files, so treat it like a password. If you lose it, you can have it emailed again from Find an order.
Changes
We may change these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you paid, and we will not change the refund terms of an order after the fact.
See also our privacy notice, which explains what happens to your photographs.
